PREPARE NOW FOR THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS

·        Inspect thermostat operation, indoor air supply, air handler unit, motor amp draw, wire connections and controls, indoor coil, drain pan, condensate drain, emergency power disconnect, outdoor unit, condenser coil, fan and motor assembly, compressor contactor.

·        Clean components as needed.

·        Clean and lubricate motors as needed.

·        Inspect refrigerant pressures and adjust. 

A 10% refrigerant loss will result in a 20% decrease in system efficiency!

·        Replace dirty air filters.
